Thanksgiving in Attala County

We enjoyed an early Thanksgiving at Brent's grandmother's house last weekend complete with shrimp and grits, yum!  As usual, I did not do a good job of taking pictures and wish I would have made everyone get a group picture....Oh well, I thought the few I got were pretty cute!

Brent is on call today and this weekend so we are enjoying a lazy morning watching the Macy's Thanksgiving parade and eating dry cereal on the couch.  Pretty dreamy if you ask me....except for the fact that Hampton just whacked Brent in the head with his bowl, so now Hampton is crying in his room (real life, folks)!  We will head over to the Flint's later today for a more traditional celebration.  Between now and then, I'm hoping we can put up our Christmas decorations.  My family arrives tomorrow for the Egg Bowl.

Happy Thanksgiving!
